GUILDA

4.4 Encerramento e reembolso

4.5 Responsabilidades do estúdio

4.6 Resultados

A opção começa desligada.

10. Mudanças

Podemos atualizar estes Termos.

11. Lei aplicável

Estes Termos seguem as leis do Brasil.

Terms of use

Quick summary (does not replace the full text):
  • Guilda connects indie studios with Twitch streamers through paid quests.
  • Studios pay upfront. Funds are held and only released to the streamer after the stream is verified.
  • Guilda is an intermediary: each slot's amount belongs to the streamer, and Guilda keeps only its fee.
  • Unfilled slots are refunded to the studio.
  • Streamers are free to give their honest opinion about the game. Nobody pays for praise.
  • Every quest stream is marked as sponsored content.

1. Who we are

Guilda (guilda.japax01.com.br) is a platform that connects independent game studios and developers ("studios") with Twitch content creators ("streamers"). The platform is operated by ("Guilda", "we"). Contact: .

Guilda is an intermediary. We are not the streamers' employer nor the studios' agent. Each streamer acts independently.

The promotion in each quest is contracted by the studio with each streamer, through the platform. Each slot's amount belongs to the streamer who completes it: Guilda receives that amount on the streamer's behalf, holds it until verification and pays it out to them. Guilda's only compensation is the intermediation fee shown before payment.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Guilda, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use Guilda.

3. Accounts and verification

4. For studios

4.1 Campaigns

The studio builds a campaign by choosing the game (with a Steam page), the number of slots, the minimum streamer rank, the length of each stream (30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes), the period and the instructions. In automatic mode, any streamer of that rank can accept. In manual mode, the studio approves each applicant.

4.2 Price and payment

4.3 Escrow and payouts

The amount paid is held by Guilda. Each slot's reward is only released to the streamer after their stream is checked and verified.

For every payout, the streamer signs a receipt stating that they received, through Guilda, the amount paid by the studio. In the dashboard, the studio sees the payout report for each campaign: what it paid, the Guilda fee and how much went to each streamer. When Guilda issues a tax document, it covers only the intermediation fee.

4.4 Closing and refunds

4.5 Studio responsibilities

4.6 Results

Guilda guarantees the delivery of verified streams, not results. We do not promise views, followers, sales or wishlists. Reports show the data provided by Twitch and by streamers.

5. For streamers

5.1 Rank and board

Each streamer gets a rank set by Guilda based on the channel (audience, frequency, track record). Ranks can go up or down. The board shows the quests your rank can accept.

5.2 Quest rules

Unless the quest says otherwise, when you accept you agree to:

5.3 Verification

Guilda checks deliveries using public Twitch data (VOD, length, category, title and audience recorded during the stream) plus a manual review. A delivery may be verified, sent back for a fix or rejected if it does not follow the rules.

5.4 Payment

5.5 Withdrawals and missed quests

You can withdraw from a quest before delivering, which frees the slot. If you accept and then withdraw, you cannot accept the same quest again; in justified cases support can reopen it, and you get the same key as before. If the deadline ends without a delivery, the slot is marked as missed and there is no payment. Repeated withdrawals or missed quests may lower your rank or suspend the account.

5.6 Keys and game access

The key or access you receive is personal and meant for the quest. Selling, trading or passing it on is forbidden. It is reserved for you as soon as the quest is accepted and can be viewed from 2 days before the campaign starts. Once revealed, the key stays with you even if you withdraw; if you never viewed it, it goes back to the studio. Withdrawing or not delivering after viewing a key shows on your profile for studios.

5.7 Free opinion

You do not have to speak well of the game. Give your honest opinion. Payment depends on following the quest rules, never on your opinion. Be yourself on stream: your reactions, jump scares and the way you talk are part of it, always within Twitch rules and your channel's rating.

6. Not allowed

In case of fraud, the delivery is not paid, the account may be closed and, if the studio has already paid, the slot amount is refunded to them.

7. Content

Streamers keep ownership of their streams and clips. Studios may share links to the streams and clips made during the campaign, crediting the channel. Guilda may use aggregate campaign numbers (for example, total hours watched) to promote the platform, without exposing personal data.

By taking a quest, the streamer also allows Guilda to repost short excerpts of the campaign streams and clips on Guilda's social channels (for example Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X and Bluesky), always crediting the channel and the game, free of charge and never for resale. The streamer may ask us to remove any repost at any time through the contact e-mail, and we will take it down.

Guilda compilations. Outside of quests, Guilda only uses a streamer's clips in compilations (for example, the weekly compilation on YouTube, Instagram or TikTok) if they turn on "I agree to appear in compilations" in their Profile. The option starts turned off. Excerpts are short, always credit the channel, are free of charge and never for resale. Turning it off keeps the streamer out of future compilations; to remove a compilation already published, just ask through the contact e-mail.

8. Third-party services

Guilda uses third-party services such as Twitch (sign-in and stream data), Stripe (card payments), Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (website) and Resend (e-mail). Each has its own terms. We are not responsible for failures of these services, but we will let you know and help however we can.

9. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided as is. We do our best to keep it working well and securely, but failures or interruptions may happen. Our liability for each campaign is limited to the amounts paid for it, without prejudice to consumer rights that cannot be waived.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Important changes will be announced in advance by e-mail or on the site. Campaigns already paid follow the rules in force on the day they were created.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Questions or problems: contact us at before taking any other step, and we will sort it out.
